A team of highly qualified service specialists regularly undergoes training courses provided by various manufacturers in Bulgaria and Europe, thereby ensuring expert technical support and diagnostics for precision and comfort air conditioning systems. Our long-standing relationships with spare parts distributors for the many brands we have serviced over the years enable us to offer high-quality repair services and, when necessary, communicate directly with manufacturer representatives. For brands such as LG, Daikin, Gree, Carrier, and Schneider Electric, spare parts are ordered directly from the manufacturers and sourced from Europe. Proper, timely, and expert equipment servicing leads to significant, tangible cost savings on repairs and downtime, while ensuring optimal operating parameters.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2024/573 of 7 February 2024, all owners and operators of refrigeration and air-conditioning systems, as well as heat pumps, containing fluorinated greenhouse gases with a CO2 equivalent of 5 tonnes (5,000 kg) or more, are required to ensure that these systems undergo leak checks performed by certified personnel. Our company and its service specialists are registered with the Bulgarian Chamber of Mechanical Engineering and are authorized to conduct these leak checks on air-conditioning and refrigeration systems.
